Get back in the gym and get ready for the upcoming high school basketball season with our High School Tune Up! Designed for boys and girls high school athletes, these pre-season sessions combine skill development, basketball-specific conditioning, and competitive live games to help players prepare for tryouts and the winter season.
Each session will feature:
- Skill Development: Shooting, finishing, offensive execution, and live reps to sharpen your game.
- Basketball-Specific Conditioning: High-tempo drills, transition work, and on-court conditioning to build game-ready stamina.
- Captain-Led Live Games: Competitive games led by high school team captains, giving players the opportunity to compete, make decisions, and get comfortable playing at game speed.
TEAM-LED SESSIONS
These are team-led sessions, designed for high school programs to get their players back in the gym together before the season. Teams will participate in organized, captain-led live games with certified officials and structured substitutions.
