Our mission at Thunder, Firecracker, and NLA Basketball is to ignite passion and build excellence in young athletes through comprehensive development that emphasizes both Thunder—power, strength, and fundamentals —and Firecracker—explosive energy, creativity, and that special spark.
Guided by "Human Before Hoops" and our motto "FAM on 3," we're a family committed to supporting each other on and off the court through every victory, defeat, and moment of growth. We develop well-rounded athletes who demonstrate skill, character, and leadership through hard work, dedicated practice, and relentless development, always doing it the right way while supporting students and families beyond the basketball court.
